Jackie Plank

Clinical Psychologist

Jackie is a highly skilled and competent Health Professions Council of South Africa registered Clinical Psychologist, trained in ecosystemic psychotherapy. She is well-seasoned across an array of clients and contexts, having worked in both private and state-run psychiatric facilities; corporate, government and non-government organisations in South Africa. Jackie specializes in brief solution-oriented and mindfulness therapies, often collaborating with other healing practitioners. Her extensive training includes family constellations, Body Talk Access, and Accunect techniques, with a focus on vibrational medicine and transgenerational work. Currently enrolled in Bessel van der Kolk’s Traumatic Stress Studies program, she aims to deepen her trauma-informed approach. Working with individuals, couples, families, and groups in various settings, including the private sector and psychiatric programs, she embraces an ecosystemic approach, emphasizing the importance of creativity in human transformation. Jackie’s personal interests lie in yoga, meditation, and the School of Practical Philosophy. She operates exclusively through mutual invitation, ensuring active engagement in the therapeutic journey.

Julius English

Behavior Interventionist & Coach

Julius has dedicated the past 31 years providing direct behavioral services along with administrative and supervisory roles in assisting children, youth, adults and families. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Child and Adolescent Development and his Master of Science in Behavioral Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavioral Analysis. He has provided counseling to diverse populations and has helped clients develop coping skills to transition from a life of surviving to thriving. Julius is an expert in performing Functional Behavioral Assessments, constructing Behavioral Intervention Plans, and coaching implementation of the recommended interventions with the client, family and supportive professionals. He has created and successfully implemented pre-vocational and social skills programs to promote the wellbeing of children and adults. He has a passion for training fellow professionals and community stakeholders to help them improve their skills and knowledge related to working with youth and children, which translates to a greater positive impact on their communities.

Tina Laws

Relationship Coach & Emotional First Responder

As an accredited conflict resolution specialist and consultant for relationships and couples’ intimacy, Tina’s focus is on promoting healthy conflict resolution and effective communication. Based in Bermuda, Tina is dedicated to fostering these skills on both organizational and individual levels. Having honed her skills in effective communication and negotiation during her time working in the correctional system, Tina brings over 7 years of experience in consulting and coaching for diverse industries. With a focus on fostering healthy relationships, she works with women in leadership, individuals in various relationship stages, and survivors of domestic abuse. Tina holds a master’s degree in criminal justice, a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and several certifications in conflict resolution and relationship coaching. Her passion lies in promoting healthy conflict resolution and communication to enhance professional and personal dynamics.

Cathy Sousa

Professional Counselor

Based in Hamilton, Bermuda, Cathy is a seasoned Professional Counselor with extensive experience serving diverse client groups, including adolescents, couples, and families. With a foundation in Social Services and EAP work, she has honed her skills in Crisis Intervention, Individual & Couples Counseling, and notably, Family Therapy, specializing in the unique needs of adolescents. Cathy has made a positive impact in various therapeutic environments, including the Women’s Resource Centre of Bermuda and Discover Solutions. With diverse experience as an EAP Counselor, Child & Family Counselor, and Children Social Worker for the Government of Bermuda, she integrates non-traditional therapeutic methods. Cathy holds a Diploma in Animal Assisted Therapy and certifications as a Clinical Trauma Professional and an ADHD Specialist. Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queen’s University, a Master of Science in Counseling from Indiana University Bloomington, and a post-master’s certificate in Marriage, Family, and Child & Adolescent Therapy from Northcentral University. She is committed to continuous learning and providing empathetic counselling, emphasizing trust and respect in her practice.

Eric Hoskins

Senior Psychotherapist

Eric Hoskins is a seasoned psychotherapist, relationship counsellor, and family therapist with over 15 years of experience. His work spans a wide range of settings, from military welfare and private practice to clinical supervision. He also specialise in trauma-informed care, Eric supports clients in their recovery from trauma and addiction, with a focus on rebuilding trust and navigating feelings of betrayal. Eric holds senior accreditation from the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Additionally, he is an EMDR Consultant-in-Training with the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA). With a Doctor of Business Administration due in 2024 for clinical leadership and supervision , Eric’s background in leadership and management, including 24 years in the British Army, enhances his ability to guide others in personal and professional growth. Born in Bermuda, Eric has worked internationally and remains deeply committed to his island roots. His passion for evidence-based practices and community outreach continues to shape his approach to improving therapeutic outcomes for individuals and families.

Julia Sorensen

Senior Clinical Psychotherapist

Julia Sorensen is a psychotherapist and career professional with 20+ years of clinical practice and over 25 years of experience supporting people through meaningful life decisions. She offers in-person and online services, drawing on a background that spans hospitals, schools, community settings, and private practice. Julia’s work sits at the intersection of mental health and career direction, because choosing a path is not just about a job, it is about identity, purpose, strengths, and values. She provides trauma-informed, evidence-based counselling and specialises in trauma intervention, holding EMDR certification and advanced skills in risk assessment, de-escalation, and support for behavioural and emotional challenges.

Through compassionate career coaching and validated WCFM career testing, Julia helps adolescents, families, and adults reduce overwhelm, make sense of options, and move forward with clarity and confidence. Clients can expect a supportive space where questions are welcomed, uncertainty is normal, and practical next steps feel achievable, leaving them feeling seen, empowered, and hopeful about what comes next. Julia holds a Masters Degree in Psychology, is a Registered Clinical Therapist, a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling and a Certified EMDR Trauma Clinician.

Pamela Mary Harris

Clinical Psychologist | Psychoanalyst | Depth Psychotherapist

Pamela is a licensed Clinical Psychologist, psychological psychotherapist in Germany, and trained Psychoanalyst with over 20 years of experience in European mental health care. She specialises in psychotherapy, depth therapy, and psychoanalysis, and holds an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the International Psychoanalytic University (IPU), Berlin. She is also a Fellow of the Munich Institute of Psychoanalysis and Depth Psychology. Pamela is licensed to treat adults, children, and adolescents, with additional training in play therapy and psychosomatic care. Her grounded, humanistic, and eclectic approach integrates psychodynamic principles with behavioral therapy, systemic work, mindfulness (MBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is experienced in working with individuals, couples, and groups, particularly in areas such as men’s mental health, narcissistic abuse, trauma bonding, intergenerational trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief. Her background includes social work, community mental health, and inpatient psychosomatic care. A returned Bermudian previously based in Berlin and Munich, Pamela brings a unique cross-cultural perspective and is known for her empathetic, bilingual, and culturally sensitive communication. Outside of her practice, she enjoys history, reading, theatre, opera, spirituality, and the ocean.
