With over two decades of experience in Organisational Development and Transformation, Burgert is the CEO of Morphosis Global. Burgert has a proven track record of working across diverse industries globally. Holding degrees in Industrial & Organisational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, and Human Resources Management, Burgert’s expertise spans various sectors and international locations. Accredited in organisational transformation, psychometric assessments, leadership development, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, he is also involved in community support initiatives. Burgert is dedicated to empowering organisations and individuals to reach their full potential and live authentically.

Rentia Landman

Industrial Organisational Psychologist & Transformational Character Coach

Rentia Landman is a registered Industrial Psychologist and Professional Coach with 18 years of experience in the Financial Services and higher education sectors. Her expertise lies in Assessments, Coaching, Talent Management, Change Management, and Organisational Development. With a strong educational background graduating Cum Laude from the University of  Potchefstroom, earning a BCom degree in Industrial Psychology, followed by an Honours in Industrial Psychology, and a Masters in Commerce in Industrial Psychology. Additionally, Rentia’s collaborations with global organisations bring a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to her work. Notable among these are her roles as a Board Member and Organisational Psychologist at Share Tree Inc. (Australia), Head of Assessments at GiottoSA Mindworks cc. (South Africa), Industrial Psychologist and Transformational Coach at Morphosis Ltd. (Bermuda), Head Tutor for the Change Management Short Course at GetSmarter/2U (South Africa), and Coach and Industrial Psychologist at Future Ingenium (South Africa). Anna Dingani

Industrial Organisational Psychologist

A seasoned, successful and results-oriented Industrial and Organisational Psychologist as well as a Master HR Professional with experience in leading high-performance teams while increasing efficiency and effectiveness. Registered Industrial Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). She is a highly qualified manager who has more than 15 years’ experience in various senior management roles within various organisations. In addition, she has established experience as an independent consultant, affiliating with various clients in various industries at an associate level to deliver Psychometrics, Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Management, Organisational Development, Training and Development as well as Coaching and Counselling services.

Pippa Rauch

Industrial Organisational Psychologist

Pippa Rauch is a dedicated Industrial Organisational Psychologist and Coach at Morphosis Ltd. With a background in the dynamic edtech industry, she developed a passion for navigating change and helping individuals thrive. Pippa’s consulting and coaching experience spans diverse industries such as finance, insurance, logistics, education, and retail. Her interests include Organisational Development, Change Management, Coaching Psychology, Career Coaching, and Employee Health and Wellness. Pippa takes a holistic approach, focusing on individuals’ unique character strengths, language, emotions, and behaviours to drive positive change. Holding a Bachelor of Business Science and a Master of Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of Cape Town, she is a registered Industrial Psychologist. Guided by values of integrity, courage, curiosity, and compassion, Pippa is committed to empowering others in their professional journeys.

Daniëlle Malan

Industrial Organisational Psychologist & Coach

Daniëlle Malan is an Industrial Organisational Psychologist & Coach who provides guidance, counselling, and coaching to individuals and helps organisations resolve workplace issues to improve employee satisfaction. Daniëlle has a strong academic background from the University of Cape Town, including a Bachelor of Social Science with a major in Organisational Psychology and Psychology, a Bachelor of Social Science Honours specialising in Organisational Psychology, and a Master’s in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. Additionally, she is a certified BWRT® Level 1 practitioner, certified Culture Practitioner, Mental Health First Aid Responder, and professional Coach, with training and accreditation in various renowned psychometric assessments. Furthermore, Daniëlle has had the privilege of serving as a USB-Ed Faculty Member for the Managing Mental Health and Wellness at Work Course. She delivers personalised and holistic services based on integrity, accountability, passion, relevance, and professionalism.

Jackeline Plank

Clinical Psychologist & Family Constellations Facilitator

Jackie is a highly skilled and competent HPCSA registered Clinical Psychologist, trained in ecosystemic psychotherapy. She is well-seasoned across an array of clients and contexts, having worked in both private and state-run psychiatric facilities; corporate, government and non-government organisations in South Africa. Her therapeutic focus is currently on brief solution-orientated approaches, and mindfulness practices, often working in tandem with practitioners from other healing modalities. Her therapeutic repertoire has included her training as a family constellations facilitator in 2005-2006, a Body Talk Access technician in 2007, and Accunect training in 2012. Her academic and pragmatic interests lie in the areas of vibrational medicine, energetic and/or subtle healing practices, transpersonal and transgenerational work. Jackie’s most recent exploration includes a current registration with Bessel van der Kolk’s 7-month Traumatic Stress Studies certificate program, beginning in August 2023. This certification hopefully will deepen her sense of being increasingly mindful and trauma-informed as a Psychotherapist. The scope of her practices includes work with individuals, couples, families, and groups, and the contexts of work include the private sector, psychiatric and corporate Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP). Jackie’s personal life practices include partnership, parenthood, prayerfulness, yoga, meditation and participation in the School of Practical Philosophy. 

Tina T. Laws

Certified Relationship and Intimacy Coach & Accredited Workplace Mediator

Tina T. Laws is an experienced professional, who is dedicated to promoting healthy conflict resolution and effective communication on an individual, couple, and organisational level. With a master’s degree in criminal justice, a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and multiple certifications—including those as a mediator and relationship coach—Tina specialises in fostering positive working environments and providing guidance for relationships. With over 15 years of experience, Tina is nationally recognised, offering coaching to corporate, public, and non-profit leaders, as well as married and divorced couples, individuals, teens, and adults. Tina finds great joy in conducting engaging training sessions and workshops in both corporate and private settings. Her flexibility allows her to design tailored programs that address specific needs. Tina’s passion lies in nurturing healthier communication and fostering understanding, ultimately enhancing the dynamics of workplaces and relationships alike.

John DeLeon

Specialist Associate in Organisational Development

John DeLeon is passionate about helping individuals and organisations reach their full potential. With a background in banking, higher education, and agriculture, he brings a unique blend of experience to the table. His career, split between operations and human capital management, has driven his success across small and large U.S. companies. John holds a bachelor’s in health and wellness and a master’s in organisational development and design from Purdue Global, where he graduated with distinction. He leverages psychometric tools like Insights Discovery and Hogan Assessments to create development plans that address communication and change management challenges. Additionally, he integrates Korn Ferry’s FYI Competency Model to prepare organisational talent for future growth. With over 2,000 hours coaching mid-senior executives, John employs a holistic approach using Brain-Based Coaching techniques. His growth mindset and passion for transforming people and organisations make him a trusted leader in solving today’s business challenges, and consistently delivering results.

Mark Duffy

Corporate Wellbeing Psychologist

Mark Duffy believes that everyone deserves support to bring out the best version of themselves in the workplace. He is a corporate wellbeing psychologist, certified executive coach (PCC), wellbeing trainer, lecturer of ICF-certified coaching diplomas, keynote speaker, and optimist. He delivers dynamic corporate wellbeing coaching, training and programmes informed by over two decades of research in psychology and neuroscience. Mark coaches leaders to create psychological, emotional and spiritual transformations, to achieve their top aspirations and to boost team performance and well-being. He holds an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology, HDip and BA in Psychology and three Diplomas in Coaching: Executive, Wellbeing and Mental Health coaching. He has worked with leaders across six continents: in SMEs, state agencies and Fortune 500 companies.
